Manny Rivero spent 20 years in civil engineering before picking up a different set of tools. This is why that background matters for your property.
Before HoneyDone existed, Manny spent two decades on civil engineering projects. That meant reading a site before touching it, planning work before starting it, and communicating changes before the invoice arrived. He carried all of that into property maintenance when he started the business.
He's also a veteran, a husband, and a father teaching his 5-year-old son that tools are for building things, not just fixing them. He drives a Land Rover Defender and builds furniture his wife didn't necessarily ask for. He takes the same approach to a drywall patch that he took to a site assessment: figure out what's actually happening before you put your hands on it.
HoneyDone serves Brevard County homeowners and property managers who want one vendor they can trust, not a roster of contractors to manage. Manny handles the calls personally, writes the estimates, and shows up to do the work.
"Show up. Do it right. Communicate clearly. Leave the place better than you found it. That's not a tagline. It's how the job runs."
